Photographers have different interests. Some enjoy taking portraits, where they can capture a person’s essence. Others enjoy capturing action, such as a football match, birds flying through the sky, or an intimate look shared between a newlywed pair.
Me? I love to shrink things.
It’s tilt-shift, a form of photography that has gained popularity in the past few years. The idea is to take a photo of a real scene and make it appear as a miniature. I’ve always been fascinated by highly detailed miniatures, so tilt-shifting photography was an obvious choice. The White House? Shrink it. Piccadilly Circus or Lilliput Lane? Make it Lilliput Lane instead!
